As requested, VP service team was attended urgently the M/V Mariska-G on 09~10.May.2023 to inspect and repair for electric system failure on ME/Azimuth PS SW cooling pump. As a result of inspection, the main reason of cooling pump failure is found out by cut off the power cable of circuit breaker on the switch board on Group starter panel in ECR. It might be caused by abnormal condition of electric cable and much vibration of engine room. Damaged circuit breaker, breaker base, electric cables were replaced with new ones.
